Child safety standards
Nevor is published by MetaStrat SASU. This page describes our standards regarding the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across the Nevor service, in line with applicable app store requirements.
Zero tolerance
Nevor has zero tolerance for content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers children. This includes, without limitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or any attempt to solicit a minor, and any content that sexualises a minor even where no explicit abuse is depicted. Any account involved in such activity is permanently removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
Who can use Nevor
Creating a Nevor account requires being at least 16 years old, as stated in our terms of service. Nevor is not designed for, and must not be used by, children under this age.
How Nevor prevents and detects abuse
- Human moderation review of reported content and accounts, with no general prior surveillance obligation;
- Ability for any member to block another user, immediately stopping further contact;
- Ability for any member to report a user profile, a project, a company page or a private conversation directly from the app;
- Account suspension or permanent removal for confirmed violations, independently of any content-level takedown.
How to report a concern
In the Nevor app, you can report a user profile, a project, a company page or a conversation using the report action available on the corresponding screen, and block a user at any time from their profile. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
For anything related to child safety that you cannot report in-app, or to reach our designated child safety contact, write to contact@nevor.house. We treat these reports as a priority.
Reporting to authorities
Where required by law, Nevor reports confirmed child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the French platform for reporting illegal online content (PHAROS) and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
